- Identity & eligibility — passport, Emirates ID, driving licence, residence visa and date of birth.
- Booking details — pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, vehicle preferences and add-ons.
- Payment data — billing address and tokenised card details processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Sayara never stores full card numbers on its own servers.
- Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers and pages visited.
